Dr. Ram
With over 15 years of experience in the dental field, Dr. Ram has been providing the best dental care to his patients. He graduated from the BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences, Nepal, in 2011 and finished his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the same University in 2016.
He came to the United States and received his Doctor of Dental Medicine from Boston University, Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine, with high honors in 2020.
He is a scholar and has published articles in national and international journals. To keep current with evolving techniques and materials to provide state-of-the-art treatment to his patients, he is very enthusiastic about pursuing continuing education. He is serving his patients with oral surgical procedures like wisdom teeth extraction and implants, along with general dentistry.
He has recently been awarded the International Congress of Oral Implantologists Award and Top Dentist representing Malden, MA, by America’s Best Doctors.
As a member of the American Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Society and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, he is busy participating in the meetings to enrich his dental knowledge.
In his free time, Dr. Ram likes spending time with his wife, two kids, and his puppy, Simbha. He loves cooking and watching movies.
Dr. Pradeep Bholla
Dr. Pradeep Bholla completed his dental graduate program (2005) and his residency in Prosthodontics (2009) from Saveetha University, Chennai, India. Keen to further expand his knowledge, he completed his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Boston University. He has extensive experience spanning over 14 years in cosmetic dentistry, implants, complete and removable dentures, crowns and bridges, surgical extractions, full-mouth rehabilitation, Invisalign, smile makeovers, and veneers. He has also worn the academic cap by mentoring dental graduate students at Penang University as their Assistant Professor.
His commitment to staying current with innovations and advances in dentistry was recognized when he was granted a Fellowship (2016), followed by their highest credential, Diplomate, by the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (2018). Dr. Bholla is also a certified Invisalign provider and a member of Digital Smile Designers.
Dr. Bholla’s expertise, skill, and compassion for his patients definitely translate into long-lasting and excellent-quality patient care delivered gently.
On a personal note, Dr. Bholla is an avid traveler, a sports fan—especially of badminton and cricket—and likes to experiment with different recipes. He loves spending most of his time with his lovely wife, Dr. Kalepu, and two beautiful kids.
Dr. Yung Lin
Dr. Yung Lin earned both his Doctorate of Dental Medicine and Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Orthodontics from the prestigious Boston University. He was the recipient of the Top Graduate of the Year Award, Occlusion Award, and Orthodontic Award from the American Association of Orthodontists.
Dr. Lin is also a member of several distinguished professional societies, including the American Association of Orthodontists, the Massachusetts Dental Society, the American Dental Association, and the Canadian Dental Association. As one of Boston’s premier orthodontists specializing in “Invisible Orthodontics,” Dr. Lin uses the latest in technologies, such as Invisalign and clear braces, and custom-tailors his treatment recommendations to match your active lifestyle.
Dr. Lin and his wife, Tracy, are huge Red Sox fans, and they enjoy biking and traveling.
Dr. Kalyan Kondreddi
Dr. Kalyan C. Kondreddi is a dentist in Medford, Massachusetts. He provides advice on proper brushing, flossing, cleaning, healthy gums, and other dental care. It's ideal to visit Dr. Kondreddi every 6 months or twice a year, unless additional tests suggest a serious problem.
Camille Silva
Front Desk
Camille is one of the friendly faces you'll see when you walk into MSDI! She has been working at the front for over two years and truly enjoys helping patients feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive.
She can help you schedule appointments, understand your insurance, or just chat to ease any nerves before a visit. Camille is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, which allows her to assist a diverse range of clients and ensure everyone feels heard and supported. Camille loves to learn every day and enjoys being a part of a kind and professional team at MSDI. She is really hardworking and aspires to be a dental student in the near future.
Hosai Mir
Dental Assistant
Hosai started her journey in the dental field as an intern at Medford Square Dentistry and
Implants in March 2023. Becoming a healthcare professional was always her goal, and she is now proud to be a dental assistant at MSDI.
She loves what she does—especially working with patients, supporting the dentist, and preparing the room based on each appointment. She enjoys being part of a team and creating a positive, welcoming environment. Patients often tell her that they’re impressed by her energy, and how quickly and efficiently she works. Hosai can speak English and Dari.
She is also very social and friendly, and believes that strong communication helps build trust with both patients and coworkers.
Outside of work, she enjoys listening to music, walking by the beach, and watching movies. She is proud of the path she has taken and excited for everything ahead in her dental career!
Sanjali Sharma
Dental Assistant
Sanjali is a dentist from India. She completed her degree from Pt. B.D Sharma University of Health Sciences. She is currently working in Medford Square Dental & Implant Center as a dental assistant. She loves helping patients feel comfortable and confident during their visits—especially those who feel a little nervous about coming to the dentist. She is passionate about making sure patients feel cared for and understood.
Outside of work, she likes to work out and go shopping!

Gurleen Kaur
Dental Intern
Gurleen Kaur proudly serves as both a Front Desk Coordinator and Dental Assistant at Medford Square Dentistry and Implants. With a strong passion for patient care and dental health, she is both the warm, welcoming face at the front desk and, at times, the attentive support chairside during treatment. Whether assisting the doctor or helping patients schedule their next visit, Gurleen is dedicated to making every dental experience seamless, informed, and stress-free.
Outside the office, Gurleen is pursuing her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Tufts University. Her dual experiences in academic and clinical settings continuously strengthen her commitment to providing high-quality care and building meaningful, trusting relationships with patients. In her free time, she enjoys taking peaceful walks and spending time outdoors. Gurleen looks forward to being part of each patient’s journey toward long-lasting oral health and a confident smile.
Serene Thapa
Dental Intern
Meet Serene Thapa, our dedicated dental intern. Originally from Nepal, Serene now resides in Boston and is currently pursuing a degree in Biology and Health: Science, Society, and Policy (HSSP) at Brandeis University. Passionate about oral health, she is on the pre-dental track and aspires to become a dentist in the future.
Kenny Luong
Dental Intern
Kenny has been a part of Medford Square Dentistry and Implants office for over a year and was trained as a dental assistant at both the Medford and Malden locations. His favorite part of dentistry is the immediate impact treatment can have on someone’s quality of life. He’s especially drawn to the field for its blend of art and science - where clinical skills require creativity to restore confidence and function. As an assistant, he especially enjoys preparing instruments for sterilization and being able to listen to the unique life experiences patients share during their visits.
Outside the office, Kenny is a proud Tufts University graduate (Class of 2025), holding a
Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry and Biotechnology. He’s currently pursuing a Master’s in Biology while preparing to apply to dental school. When he’s not studying or assisting chairside, you can find Kenny nurturing his ever-growing plant collection or baking up lots of sweets to share with family and friends.
Bhoomika Lalwani
Finance and Admin Manager
Bhoomika holds a Bachelor's degree from Banasthali Vidyapith, India, and is the joyful face that keeps Medford Square Dentistry and Implants running smoothly. With years of experience in dental office management, she oversees daily operations, front desk management, billing coordination, and financial oversight. She leads the team with a focus on collaboration, efficiency, and patient-centered care.
Bhoomika is passionate about creating a positive experience for both patients and staff. Her attention to detail and warm approach help make our practice a welcoming place for everyone.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, photography, and trying out different cuisines. Love and strength from her friends and family keep her going!
Jess Castillo
Clinical Manager
With many years of experience in the dental field, Jess brings empathy, dedication, and versatility to her work. She is deeply committed to patient comfort and is known for her calming presence and compassionate approach. In addition to supporting patients and staff, Jess manages the clinical requirements of the office, ensuring smooth operations and a high standard of care. Her ability to step into multiple roles as needed makes her a trusted and valued member of the team.
